The new one-stop shop dedicated to business formalities lasted only two days.

The new online service dedicated to the administrative procedures of companies, launched on January 1, 2023, was the victim of a computer attack on January 3, announced Bercy, confirming information from

.

"Despite numerous security tests, we suffered a major computer attack," said the entourage of the Minister of Economy Bruno Le Maire.

The virus in question completely saturated the service, creating "100,000 change requests per second", according to the ministry.

The services managing the modifications of statutes, address or transfers of companies were in particular inoperative.

It was only this Saturday that Bercy found a solution for the service to be available again.

Many technical bugs

This cyberattack is in addition to the many disappointments that emerged when the platform was created.

Many professionals have been pointing out the technical bugs it presents since January 1: "connection difficulties", "fields not accessible for mandatory data" or even "too much information requested from business leaders", lists

.

On the side of the Ministry of the Economy, we want to be reassuring, explaining that “we do not go from 30% to 100% dematerialization without jolts”.

Bercy ensures that the service will be fully operational "end of March" with many optimizations by then.

This one-stop shop replaces the six networks of business formalities centres.
