The Seoul Metropolitan Government has announced that it will check real estate brokerage offices in areas where new villas are concentrated together with 25 autonomous districts to block charter fraud in advance.

The Seoul Metropolitan Government plans to conduct on-site guidance and inspections, focusing on areas where new buildings have a high jeonse price-to-sales price ratio and businesses that frequently generate civil complaints.

In particular, we look at the conclusion of double contracts, violation of false listings and advertisements, and omissions in filling out real estate rights.

In addition, ahead of the moving season in spring, we plan to expand the Jeonse Price Consultation Center, which has been operated since last year, to allow online as well as on-site applications.

The city requested that real estate illegal activities be actively reported if a citizen's report provides a decisive clue if a related criminal activity is discovered or damaged.
