It has been confirmed that the joint investigation team of the 'military service corruption' recently secured medical records from several hospitals and clinics in Seoul and other provinces.

These hospitals and clinics were judged to be involved in the process of investigating broker Moo Moo, who claimed to be the 'god of military service'.

The investigation team is looking into the medical records related to epilepsy in hospitals and clinics to investigate whether he participated in evasion of military service.

This is because many of those involved in military service irregularities captured the circumstances in which individual hospitals and clinics made prior medical records until they were finally diagnosed at hospitals designated by the Military Manpower Administration.

Disease diagnosis for military service determination must be received at hospitals designated by the Military Manpower Administration, but even non-designated medical institutions can be submitted as diagnosis reference data if they receive outpatient treatment for three to six months at a hospital-level or clinic-level medical institution.

In particular, in the case of diseases such as epilepsy, there is a limit to diagnosis only with image reading such as MRI, so the history of repeated treatment in the past can be an important decision data.
