The Seoul Transportation Corporation said today (2nd) at 3:02 pm that it passed a tropical train bound for Danggogae passing through the Samgak area of Subway Line 4 without stopping.

This is because the confrontation with the National Solidarity for the Elimination of Discrimination against the Disabled, which resumed the subway protest this morning, continued into the afternoon.

Through SNS, the corporation said, "There is a delay due to protests accompanied by Jeon Jang-yeon's obstruction of operation."

The upper line of Subway Line 4 is operating normally after passing through one non-stop operation.

Since 9:13 a.m. on the same day, the corporation has been preventing members of the Jeon Jeon Yeon from riding the subway based on the Railroad Safety Act.

The police deployed 10 riot police units (about 600 people) in the triangle area.

Jeon Jeon, the construction company, and the police have been confronting for more than 7 hours at the platform of the upper line in the Samgak area of Line 4.

About 100 activists of Jeon Jeon Yeon are holding a sit-in in front of the platform, claiming that they will "ride the subway."

Physical clashes are also continuing, with some activists from the battlefield ramming a police officer who is blocking the boarding of a train with an electric wheelchair, injuring one police officer.
