After watching the woman hanging out the laundry, the woman went into the house, and the man who followed her was sentenced to a suspended prison sentence.

On the 1st, the 10th detective of the Seoul Western District Court (Judge Yoon Yang-ji) sentenced A (53), a man in his 50s, to 6 months in prison and 2 years of probation for residential trespassing.

Mr. A is accused of breaking into the residence of victim B located in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul around 3:00 pm on September 1 last year.

As a result of the police investigation, the two did not even have a one-sided relationship, and Mr. A watched Mr. B hanging out the blanket laundry on the first floor, and Mr. B noticed this and followed him when he entered his residence.

Even though the gate was closed at the time, Mr. A, who forcibly opened it and went up to the second floor of the victim's residence, is known to have knocked on the front door of Mr. B's house.

The judge said, "The circumstances and contents of the crime of the defendant who knocked on the door after the victim entered the house to avoid the defendant seem to have caused the victim to feel considerable fear," and "the quality of the crime is not good."

However, the reason for the sentence was revealed, saying, "The accused admitted to the crime and it seems that mental illness influenced the crime."
