A woman in her 60s who threw away cat food bowls around her house was convicted of property damage.

Mr. A threw away the cat food bowl installed by Mr. B in front of the basement window of her apartment, where he lives, in the separator.

The cat's cry and the smell of rotten food bothered him, so he got rid of it.

Mr. B then sued her Mr. A for damaging her property.

During the trial, Mr. A denied the charge, saying, “There was a fact that the rice bowl was moved to the separate collection site, but the cat’s meal was not affected, so the utility of property was not infringed.” While acknowledging, it was announced that the sentence of the fine would be suspended as it was in the first trial, considering that Mr. A had suffered considerable pain due to feed corruption, etc.
