The police released the identity of 31-year-old Lee Ki-young, who was suspected of murdering a taxi driver during the day.

The Gyeonggi Northern Police Agency decided to open a personal information disclosure review committee and disclose personal information such as Lee's face photo, name, and age.

The police said that Lee Ki-young's method of committing the crime was brutal, that he confessed to the crime, and that there was sufficient evidence.

Mr. Lee caused an accident with a taxi while driving drunk at around 11:00 pm on the 20th in Goyang City, Gyeonggi Province. I'm facing charges.

Earlier, in August, he was also accused of killing a woman in her 50s, who was the landlord and ex-girlfriend, at her house in Paju, and abandoned the body in Gongneungcheonbyeon, Paju.

The police are not ruling out the possibility of additional crimes and are sending evidence to the National Institute of Scientific Investigation for DNA identification.

Considering the fact that Lee Ki-young's crimes were repetitive and brutal, the police called the arrested Lee Ki-young back and continued the investigation with the profiler.

A psychopath test is also planned.
