It was a betting golf like no other.

It was on April 8th that A visited a golf course in Iksan, Jeollabuk-do with friends of her acquaintance B (52).

Mr. B handed a cup of Americano to Mr. A who was practicing putting before going out to the field.

Mr. A, who drank coffee without a doubt, gradually became distant.

He was coffee with the narcotic lorazepam.

He tried to get rid of his drowsy mind, but to no avail.

In the field led by Mr. B's gang, the bet on golf, which started with 300,000 won per stroke, went up to 2 million won per stroke.

Mr. A declared a hole-out (finishing the play of one hole), but Mr. B's party urged him, saying, 'Can we just say stop playing when there are so many people gathered?'

There was no chance that Mr. A, who was weak in his body, would win the betting golf.

As he was attracted to something, Mr. A lost 30 million won in 4 hours from the morning.

The next day, Mr. A, who recalled 'Suspicious Coffee', reported to the police, and Mr. B's gang's scam was exposed.

The first meeting between Mr. A and the crew was in August of last year.

Gangster B from Chungcheongnam-do, whom he had known for about two years, introduced him to his acquaintances.

After that, he played a few rounds of betting golf and slowly built trust.

From this point on, Mr. A was already the target of the party.

They obtained drugs containing lorazepam in advance in February and March, and on the day of the crime, Mr. A got on the coffee to drink.

The role was also divided in advance, such as 'pharmacist' who takes medicine in coffee and 'wind catcher'.

It was a one-dang scenario that Mr. A held on to his dizzy mind and raised the stakes while playing golf.

The headache medicine and ice water given to Mr. A by pretending to be worried were already in the script.

As a result of the investigation, two of the perpetrators had a history of serving prison terms for committing drug-based fraudulent gambling in Myanmar in 2014.

After investigation, the prosecution brought the gang back to court.

Judge Ji Yoon-seop of the 2nd Criminal Division of the Jeonju District Court announced today (28th) that he sentenced three people, including Mr. B, to two years in prison each for fraud and violation of the Narcotics Control Act.

The other one was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months in prison and 3 years of probation for the reason that the degree of participation in the crime was minor and that he had reached an agreement with the victim.

The judge said, "The circumstances and method of the crime were planned, and drugs were used."
