It is written that at 7:10 in the evening he started waiting duty according to safety measures.



However, on the same day, the Itaewon 119 Security Center CCTV captured the arrival of Chief Choi at 7:32 pm.



It is a crucial circumstance that the report was written by pulling the arrival time by 22 minutes, but in fact, in another report written 8 days later, it was corrected that Chief Choi started working at 7:32, just like CCTV time.



In addition, it was revealed that the arrival time of the Yongsan Fire Department rescue team after the disaster was also mixed up.



From immediately after the disaster until the 16th report sent at 5:29 pm the next day, it was recorded that the rescue team arrived at 10:19 pm.



However, from the 17th report sent at 8:30 in the morning on November 1, the next day, the arrival time of the rescue team changes to 10:29 pm, 10 minutes later.



At 10:15 pm on the same day, suspicions are raised that the first report that 10 people were crushed in the alley next to Itaewon-dong was received by the fire department, and that the rescue team was trying to speed up the arrival time.

Chief Choi explained that he wrote down the fact that the first commute time was written early, relying on memory, but after watching CCTV, he knew it was wrong.



In addition, as for the reason why the arrival time of the rescue team was recorded earlier, it explained that the disaster prevention center that wrote the first report had misunderstood the rescue team's words of 'I will return'.
