One of the main keywords surrounding apartments these days is wall-to-wall noise, which means noise from the next door.

According to a real estate platform, the rate of mention of noise between walls in apartment reviews this year increased 3.76 times compared to the previous year.

Noise between walls is not the noise between floors from the upper house, but the noise from the next door.

As of the 4th quarter of this year, the absolute mention rate was 0.48%, which is low compared to 8.7% of noise between floors, but when pointing out noise between floors, the number of cases where noise between walls is also mentioned has increased.

The next most frequently mentioned keywords were safety diagnosis and sale price, each up 2.8 times from the previous year.

Safety diagnosis recorded a steep rise during the presidential election as candidates made a major pledge to promote reconstruction.

The pre-sale price has been steadily rising over the past year.

It is interpreted that as apartment prices enter a period of decline, they react more sensitively to the pre-sale price of the complex to be subscribed to.
