A new type of 'eating and running' witnessing story that abuses the identity of a minor to block the report of the owner is causing public outrage.

This is a picture released by netizen A, who recently visited a Korean rice restaurant.

A bottle of soju and a handwritten note are placed on a table, and on the note is written "We are actually underage. I'm sorry."

It is said that the two men who wrote the note ran away without paying for the food after tricking them into going to the bathroom outside the store while eating.

It is an exploitation of an institutional loophole in which only the seller is punished when a minor purchases alcohol.

To the police who were dispatched after receiving the report, the restaurant employee insisted, "I already had a drink somewhere else, and I was 22 years old, so I gave you a drink without checking your ID."

The employee reportedly canceled the report, saying, "If the men who ran away were minors, they would almost certainly close the store and get scolded by the boss."

Netizens responded, "It's very vicious. It might not be a minor."
