Wild animals are also having a hard time as the cold wave continues along with the recent heavy snowfall.

An otter frolics on the riverside.

Two others appear soon after, presumably from the otter family.

They snoop along the frozen riverside due to the recent cold wave, and repeatedly fall into the water while trying to walk on thin ice.

Scenes of rolling around in the snow on the ice and enjoying the winter were also captured.

It also hunts freshwater fish such as mandarin fish and carp.

It is not easy to find food in the cold winter, so it appeared in the moon stream, which is relatively shallow and rich in food.

[Park Hyeon-soo/Chungbuk Biodiversity Conservation Association Secretary General: Otters have fur that is good for keeping warm in the cold winter, but their bodies have little fat, so they consume a lot of energy.

So, you have to eat.

Because of the characteristic of being able to survive only by catching and eating fish in cold water in the middle of winter...

Even in the harsh cold wave, otters diligently search for unfrozen water and continue to be a wise mistletoe.
