A man in his 40s who killed the son of a woman who reported himself as a stalker has been arrested and charged.



The 2nd Criminal Division (Chief Prosecutor Kang Ho-jun) of the Daegu District Prosecutors' Office announced on the 23rd that it had arrested and indicted a man in his 40s on charges such as murder.



Mr. A is accused of indiscriminately wielding a weapon to kill Mr. B's son C and killing Mr. B while arguing at Mr. B's (30s, female) house in Dalseong-gun, Daegu at around 8:00 am on the 28th of last month. handed over to trial.



In addition, he is also accused of attempting to sexually assault Mr. B after forcing him to ride in his car and imprisoning him.



As a result of the investigation, it was revealed that Mr. A committed this crime when Mr. B, who broke up with him, reported stalking against him.



The prosecution, who took over the case, secured evidence through supplementary investigations, such as analyzing the black box of Mr. A's vehicle confiscated by the police.



Afterwards, Mr. A was charged with attempted murder, heavy confinement, and attempted quasi-rape along with the charges of murder.



Victim B is known to have been unable to state (the fact of rape) because she was not properly aware of the situation at the time due to the assault and shock immediately after the incident.
