An incident occurred in which two middle school students indiscriminately assaulted and mocked a woman in her 40s who was walking down the street because she was angry at the word not to smoke.



According to Daegu Seobu Police Station on the 21st, two male middle school students are accused of assaulting a woman in her 40s in an alleyway in Naedang-dong, Seo-gu, Daegu around 4:30 am on the 18th.



They threw a shoe at the woman as she tried to call the police on her cell phone, and one of the middle school students kicked the woman in the head as the angry woman threw her shoe.



As the woman turned her back, another middle school student ran up and kicked her. When the woman who had fallen stood up, she kicked again.



The same-age student who was with the perpetrators did not directly participate in the assault, but laughed as if they were happy while filming the situation at the time of the assault with their cell phones.



Not only that, but they even made fun of it by posting the video on social media.

As a result of the police investigation, it was confirmed that the perpetrators were middle school students living nearby and assaulted them in anger after hearing the word 'don't smoke'.



The victim was diagnosed with 3 weeks of pre-existing disease and is currently undergoing treatment.



The police plan to apply joint assault charges to the perpetrator students.
