“These funds will become the basis for the construction of two serial factories for the production of satellites,” Borisov said in an interview with the Vedomosti newspaper.
According to him, presumably, one of the plants will be built in Krasnoyarsk, and the second - in the Moscow region.
He noted that logistics will be optimized in such a way as not to carry materials across the country.
Borisov also said that by the end of 2022, Roscosmos enterprises would suffer losses in the amount of more than 50 billion rubles.
