From jars to furniture to garbage bags, this place, which at first glance looks like a garbage dump, is a parking lot in front of a house.

It is difficult to enter the garbage piled up so much that it is difficult to recognize the entrance passage.

Upon entering the building, the situation is even worse.

I can't believe it's a yard, the floor is full of garbage all over.

This is a house in Seo-gu, Daejeon that LH purchased in 2018.

The last tenant before the purchase, Mr. A, lived without permission for a year and a half even after the contract period had elapsed, and then moved out in August of last year, leaving behind a pile of garbage.

[Victimized residents: (At the district office) It was said that the process would be completed soon, but there is no news so far.

I can't even talk about the stress.]

The ward office replied that the landlord, LH, had no choice but to deal with the garbage because it was in the building and was considered private property.

However, the LH side is in the position that they could not clean it up even if they wanted to.

Mr. A, who was a tenant, claims that these items are his property, and if they are removed carelessly, they will be subject to criminal punishment.

[Park Sang-heum / Attorney: Even if it is viewed as garbage, the ownership belongs to the lessee, so if the lessor disposes or incinerates without the consent of the lessee, there is a possibility that the crime of theft or damage will be established.]

LH said through a lawsuit that it would be enforced next January, but A It is unclear whether Mr. will pay at least 10 million won in enforcement costs.
