Director Noh, who opposed the divorce, filed a countersuit in December 2019, saying he would respond to the divorce, and demanded payment of 300 million won in alimony and 6.5 million shares, 42.29% of SK Holdings, the holding company of SK Group owned by Chairman Choi.



The stake in the stock reached 1.37 trillion won based on yesterday's closing price.



Director Roh also applied for a provisional injunction to prevent Chairman Choi from disposing of stocks until the divorce and property division lawsuits were completed. Shares in group companies were not included in today's property division.
