As the cold air from the north descends, a cold wave warning is in effect across the country, and the cold continues today.



The lowest temperature in Seoul this morning was minus 9.4 degrees, more than 2 degrees lower than yesterday morning, and in Daegwallyeong it went down to minus 14 degrees.



Here, as the wind blew, the perceived temperature dropped to around -15 degrees Celsius around the central inland.



Even during the day, the temperature does not rise significantly and the cold continues below freezing.



In the western region, including Jeju Island and the west coast of Chungcheongnam-do, rain or snow of around 5mm is expected tomorrow.



In the mountains of Jeju Island, 1-5 cm of snow is expected by tomorrow morning, and 1-3 cm of snow is expected in Chungnam and the west coast of Jeolla.



The cold is expected to ease somewhat from daytime after continuing until tomorrow morning, but the normal winter cold is expected to continue.
