Prosecutors sought a prison sentence for a man in his 20s who forcibly fed his dog's feces after imprisoning his girlfriend.



At the trial held today (29th) at the hearing of the 14th Criminal Division of the Incheon District Court (Chief Judge Ryu Gyeong-jin), the prosecution sought 5 years in prison for a man in his 20s who was prosecuted for violating the Act on the Punishment of Stalking and Incarceration. I did.



On April 2, Mr. A was indicted for assaulting his girlfriend, Mr. B, whom he was dating at the time, after confining him for about 5 hours at an officetel in Incheon.



When he was told to break up, he went to Mr. B's house, tied his hands and feet with tape, and severely assaulted him.



While in confinement, he forcibly fed dog feces to Mr. B or cut his hair.



Mr. B, who was assaulted, suffered serious injuries including a broken rib and was treated at the hospital.



Mr. A was also accused of stalking Mr. B, who had broken up in June, by continuously contacting him and asking him to meet again.



While he was being tried for severe confinement, he was again charged with a stalking case earlier this month, and the court merged the two cases.
