Nam-wook, a private operator in the Daejang-dong development project, opened fire on Lee Jae-myung, the representative of the Democratic Party, from yesterday (21st), the day he was released from prison.

Lee's position is gradually diminishing as Nam joins the 'reveal war' by saying, "I will tell the truth," following Lee Dong-gyu, former head of the planning department of Seongnam Urban Development Corporation, who was released a month ago and two of Lee's closest aides were arrested one after another.

The prosecution is also expected to speed up the investigation as it has been clearly revealed that the final destination of the investigation is CEO Lee, who is the final decision maker as the mayor of Seongnam at the time of the Daejang-dong development project.

On the 19th, it was reported that during the interrogation of the suspect before arrest by Jeong Jin-sang, head of the Political Coordination Office of the Democratic Party's representative office, Lee's closest aide, the overall suspicion of preferential treatment for the Daejang-dong development project was defined as 'privatization of local autonomy'.

The prosecution explained that it was intended to emphasize the seriousness of Chief Chung's charges, but it is also interpreted as suggesting an investigation into charges such as breach of trust and violation of the Anti-Corruption Act by CEO.

An official from the prosecution said, "We will proceed with the investigation of Chief Jung, who was arrested, and proceed with the investigation calmly, following Nam's testimony in court."

Mr. Nam appeared at the trial on the first day of his release and launched a wave of attacks, claiming that CEO Lee was the final receiver of the bribes he provided as well as the large amount of dividends from the Daejangdong development project.

Mr. Nam, who was released from the Seoul Detention Center at around 0:00 am yesterday, appeared as a witness at the trial held at 10:00 am yesterday at the hearing of the 22nd part of the Seoul Central District Court Criminal Agreement (Chief Judge Lee Jun-cheol).

Regarding 'Cheonhwadongin No. 1', which accounts for 30% of the private stake in the Daejang-dong project, he said, "I heard from Man-bae Kim that Lee Jae-myung's share was" and "I knew that this share was Lee Jae-myeong's share in the mayor's office." .

In February 2015, the charge of accepting bribery received by Mr. Jung is that he transferred 24.5% (70 billion won, 42.8 billion won after tax) of Mr. Kim's common stock in exchange for being selected as a Daejang-dong business operator by Mr. This is what I was meant to share.

Nam's court testimony goes one step further and draws attention as it is interpreted that he recognized it as 'Lee Jae-myeong's stake' from the beginning before the stake was materialized as a trio of 'Jeong Jin-sang, Kim Yong, and Yoo Dong-gyu'.

This is because it can be a clue to the end of the controversy over the actual owner, which Mr. Kim said in the so-called 'Jeong Young-hak transcript', saying, "Half of Cheonhwa Dongin No. 1 belongs to 'him'."

Regarding the fact that Mr. Kim overtook him to take the lead in the Daejang-dong project, Mr. Nam said that in the process of re-election of Mayor Lee in 2014, Mr. Kim formed a 'brotherly brotherhood' with CEO Lee's closest aides (Jeong Jin-sang and Kim Yong) and took the stake in Cheonhwa Dongin No. 1 from Lee's side. They argued that this was because they had agreed to have it.

However, currently Mr. Kim denies the interpretation that 'him' is CEO Lee, claiming that he is the actual owner of Cheonhwa Dongin No. 1.

He testified that about 1.25 billion won was delivered to Mr. Kim out of about 2.25 billion won borrowed from Mr. Lee, a relative of former special prosecutor Park Young-soo and an apartment sales agent in the Wirye New Town and Daejang-dong development project.

Mr. Nam said that this 1.25 billion won was used as election funds paid to his “brothers” through former head Yoo, funds spent by Seongnam City Council members Kang Kang-gu and Choi Yoon-gil for the re-election of Mayor Lee Jae-myung, and religious money to be used for Mayor Lee Jae-myung’s vote. It was claimed that the money was used as funds paid to the organization.

If the claim of 'brothers' is true, it is a point that can be linked to the source of 50 million won and 100 million won, which are suspected of having received 50 million won and 100 million won, respectively, from former headquarters manager Yoo Jeon ahead of the 2014 local elections ahead of the 2014 local elections.

The motive for providing the money to Jeon Yoo was not a personal demand, but it was possible that it was sent to 'Mayor Lee's side' in anticipation of continuing the preferential treatment for the Daejang-dong business, with Lee's re-election as Mayor of Seongnam in mind.

In particular, Mr. Nam said, "The amount delivered to Mayor Lee Jae-myeong during the election period is at least 400 million won."

Since the prosecution also pointed out the existence of this 400 million won in the background facts of Chief Chung's seizure and search warrant, it can be a point of Lee's representative investigation in the future.

Regarding the 352 million won in bribes delivered to former general manager Yoo from April to August 2013, Nam testified anew, saying, "(Chief Yoo) said that it was not the money he would spend but that he had to give it to high-ranking people." I did.

He is a 'higher'

In addition, he also stated that he heard of the development plan for the 'Seopangyo Tunnel', which is a favorable information, from former head Yoo in September 2014.

CEO Lee's Seongnam City announced this plan to maximize the profits of Daejang-dong operators in November 2016, about a year after the operator was selected.

As Mr. Nam testified that he heard this information in advance before selecting a business operator, an investigation into CEO Lee's alleged breach of trust is also expected.
