At around 4:20 pm today, a fire broke out at a non-woven fabric manufacturing plant in Namyang-eup, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do.



Sandwich panel buildings in the 1,400 square meter factory site were engulfed in flames.

There have been no confirmed casualties so far, but the A power outage has occurred.



Firefighters are working to stop the fire from spreading to nearby factories.



The city of Hwaseong sent a disaster message to urge people to be careful about safety accidents, such as bypassing the fire area and turning off electrical appliances.

A car on the highway is engulfed in flames.



At around 5 pm today, a fire suddenly started in an SUV heading towards Seoul on the Jungbu Expressway, Munbaek-myeon, Jincheon-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do.



The fire completely burned the car body and was extinguished within 30 minutes.



The driver, who was riding alone, was not injured.



Police and fire departments are investigating the exact cause of the fire.
