Judge Hye-won Jeong, the sole criminal of the Namyangju Branch of the Uijeongbu District Court, sentenced defendant A (69) to one year in prison for four counts: manslaughter, veterinary law, waste management law, and evidence destruction teacher.



The court explained the reason for the sentencing, saying, "It looks like a negligent offense and there is no intention, but the defendant's attitude is bad, such as hiding his mistake and destroying evidence, and he has not been forgiven by the victim's family."



The owner of the dog farm, Mr. A, was arrested and charged with killing Mr. B (57), who was bitten to the neck and head by a dog on May 22, last year, while neglecting the management of the large dog he was raising at the entrance to the hill in Saneung-ri, Jingeon-eup, Namyangju-si. That's it.
