A 40-year-old man who was drunk and assaulted his 70-year-old mother several times and threatened with a knife has been sentenced to prison.

Today (10th), the 3rd independent criminal case of the Incheon District Court (Presiding Judge Kwon Soon-nam) announced that Mr.

Mr. A was arrested on August 23rd at her girlfriend's house in Michuhol-gu, Incheon, on charges of punching her mother B with a fist and injuring her with a kick.

A, who was in a drunken state at the time, is also accused of threatening with a weapon, saying, "I have to kill my mother today" while assaulting B.

Mr. A did not actually wield a weapon at Mr. B, but it is known that he did self-harm.

As a result of the police investigation, it was found that Mr. A committed the crime saying, "Nothing happens because of my mother."

It turned out that this was not the first time that A had assaulted B.

The court said, "The defendant assaulted and injured his mother, the victim, and threatened with a weapon, so the quality of the crime is very bad."

However, he explained the reason for the sentencing, saying, "I took into account the fact that the accused admitted the crime and that the victim did not want his son to be punished."
