On Saturday night, two days before Halloween, the streets of Itaewon were overcrowded with crowds to enjoy the first 'no-mask' Halloween festival in three years.

The police estimated that at least 100,000 people would come every day for three days on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday during the Halloween festival.

It has more than tripled from the same day of the week last week, and is more than 30% higher than the Saturday during Halloween in 2019, before social distancing.
