Eun-hae and accomplice Jo Hyeon-soo, who were indicted for the murder of her husband Yoon-mo three years ago in Yongso Valley, Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi-do.

At the first trial hearing held today (27th), the court sentenced Lee Eun-hae to life imprisonment as requested by the prosecution.

The accomplice was sentenced to 30 years in prison.

The court explained, "Mr. Lee repeatedly attempted to kill without feeling guilty or guilty, and he did not give up and killed him even though he failed twice." "The quality of the crime is extremely poor."

He went on to explain why he was sentenced to "permanently isolated from society so that he had time to atone for it."

The court did not recognize the 'murder by psychological domination' claimed by the prosecution, and ruled that it was 'murder by omission', which caused the death by failing to fulfill its rescue duty.

It was seen that Yoon was not in a state of complete psychological domination as he even revealed his intention to refuse diving to Eun-hae Lee.

However, he pointed out that it was actually the same as murder by title, saying that it was disguised as an accidental death without being rescued from the beginning.

He also admitted to committing attempted murder twice, such as eating food made with puffer fish poison, and that it was aimed at 800 million won in death insurance.

Throughout the trial, Eun-hae Lee and Hyun-soo Cho listened to the judge's remarks without much change in their facial expressions.

The bereaved family also shed tears as the perpetrators of the incident, which were nearly buried due to a simple accident, were sentenced to death.

[Victim's family: Personally, I wish it was a little bit of a title.

In conclusion, it is an omission, but I am satisfied with that (I am doing it.)
