The police and the Ministry of Employment and Labor have been conducting a search and seizure of the headquarters of SPL, a subsidiary of SPC located in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province, and the bakery factory from 5 pm today.



In addition, the factory safety officer was charged with negligent manslaughter and the CEO of SPL was charged with violating the Occupational Safety and Health Act and the Serious Accident Punishment Act.
