The Coast Guard said that they could not enter the cabin yet due to bad weather conditions, and are searching for all possibilities, including the possibility that there may be a missing person in the cabin.



The Coast Guard estimates that there were four people on the ship, two Korean and two foreign sailors, based on the owner's statement.



A wind storm warning is in effect in the sea area where the accident occurred, and the North Wind is blowing at a speed of 14 to 16 meters per second and waves are rising at a height of 3 to 4 meters, the Coast Guard said.
