In Incheon, a man in his 60s wearing a skirt and entering the women's bathroom was arrested by the police.

Incheon Nonhyeon Police Station announced on the 27th that it had booked a male person (in his 60s) without detention on charges of breaking into public places for sexual purposes under Article 12 of the 'Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes'.

A is suspected of breaking into the women's restroom at Incheon Grand Park in Namdong-gu, Incheon at around 7 pm on the 20th.

At the time of the crime, it was confirmed that A was wearing women's clothes, such as wearing a skirt.

A citizen at the scene thought it was strange that Mr. A was dressed as a woman, but she did not appear to be a woman and reported it to the police.

The police, who arrived after receiving the report, caught Mr. A and voluntarily accompanied him to the nearby district.

Police said he had "entered the bathroom to urinate".

After that, the police will investigate the exact circumstances of the incident against Mr.

On the other hand, trespassing into public places for sexual purposes is a crime that is applied when an unsavory act is committed in a space such as a public toilet, and can be punished by imprisonment for not more than one year or a fine of not more than 10 million won.

However, since this is a crime punishable by intrusion with impure intentions such as sexual desire, it may not be a crime if it is just a simple mistake.
