A teenager who fled without a license was arrested by the police.



As a result of the investigation, it was revealed that the teenager took a minor of the same age to a prostitute right before the accident.



The Incheon Wild Ginseng Police Station announced today (26th) that it is investigating group A (17) on charges of violating the Act on the Punishment of Acts such as Fugitives and Prostitution under the Act on Aggravated Punishment for Specific Crimes.



Group A is suspected of running away from the scene after causing a car accident while driving without a license on a road in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon around 7:46 am on the 20th.



A teenage Ms. B, a passenger, was also in the vehicle, but it was confirmed that group A fled alone, leaving Ms. B, who was bleeding in the back seat at the time of the accident.



In addition, group A is also accused of arranging prostitution for posting prostitution-related articles on social networking services (SNS) and connecting teenage C with a prostitute.



It was revealed that group A made prostitution for Ms. C under the pretext of providing accommodation, and it was confirmed that she brought Ms. C to the prostitute right before the traffic accident.



Police tracked down the vehicle based on vehicle inquiry and arrested Army A around 11 am on the 24th.



A police official said, "The sex trader who met Miss C has also been booked for violating the Act on the Protection of Children and Youth.
