At around 11:40 am today (24th), there was a 7-fold collision involving a bus and a car near the Anseong rest area in the direction of Seoul on the Gyeongbu Expressway.
A running bus collided with a preceding bus, and in the aftermath, cars in the adjacent lane collided with each other.
One express bus driver was injured in the accident and taken to the hospital.
Police are investigating the exact cause of the accident.
