The bereaved family of the late Lee Dae-jun, an official of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries, who was killed by North Korean forces in the West Sea, said, "I will also file charges against former President Moon Jae-in."

The deceased's older brother, Lee Rae-jin, met with reporters today (the 22nd) after his brother's funeral and memorial service, and said, "I plan to severely rebuke and accuse everyone suspected of a crime."

He said, "I recently read the 9/19 military agreement, and I want to know if these people are really human. “, he added.

Lee emphasized, "I will not forgive these ruthless people any more. Now that the funeral is over, I will make stronger remarks than I have ever made."

A legal representative for the bereaved family said, "It is very regrettable that the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff did not consider the case of a public official attacked in the West Sea as a violation even though North Korea broke Article 1, Paragraphs 1, 4, and 5 of the 9/19 Military Agreement by cutting off contact with the Republic of Korea." explained.

"I have not yet heard that former National Intelligence Service Director Park Ji-won, who has already been accused, was summoned and investigated," he said.

The bereaved family plans to hold a press conference at the scene after submitting a complaint against former President Moon to the prosecution next week.
