A man in his 20s with a history of being arrested for stalking was caught by the police while stalking his ex-girlfriend again after two months.

The Incheon Samsan Police Station announced today (22nd) that it had applied for an arrest warrant for A (28) on charges of violating the Act on the Punishment of Stalking Crimes.

Mr. A is accused of stalking, such as chasing after her ex-girlfriend Mr. B at a motel in Incheon around 2:30 am the previous day and eavesdropping on the sound in front of the room.

As a result of the police investigation, it was confirmed that Mr. A had been tracking Mr. B's location for about two hours and wandering around, pretending to be a party member and tricking the manager into the motel.

Person A was also arrested on charges of stalking Mr. B in July, and at that time, he received emergency measures corresponding to the prohibition of access within 100m from the victim and the prohibition of access using telecommunications.

However, at that time, Mr. B revealed that he did not want to be punished, and the investigation was concluded with 'no right to prosecute'.

However, it was confirmed that Mr. A stalked Mr. B again when the emergency treatment period, which lasted until the 22nd of last month, was over.

After receiving the report, the police rushed to the scene and arrested Mr. A, who was hiding between parked cars in the motel parking lot, as a current criminal.

For safety measures, the police gave Mr. B the same emergency measures as last time and provided him with a smart watch.

A police official said, "We are currently investigating how Mr. A found out about his ex-girlfriend's location."
