Mr. A is charged with buying 52 villas in the metropolitan area from February 2020 to July of this year and stealing 10 billion won of deposits from tenants.



He is also accused of forging a real estate lease contract during the period and stealing loans worth 1 billion won from six loan sharks.



It was confirmed that A was unable to return the Jeonse deposit and entered into a real estate contract by looking for a 'can Jeonse' property with a Jeonse price exceeding the sale price.



Mr. A owns more than 100 real estate while 'gap speculation'.



Earlier, the police received complaints from lenders and tenants who were damaged by Mr. A and started an investigation.



After receiving an arrest warrant for Mr. A, who had disappeared, the police arrested him in Gangwon-do on the 12th after tracing communication records.
