As it was revealed that she had visited the victim's place of work at least 11 days before the crime and visited her old house several times, the situation that Mr. Jeon had carefully planned the crime is becoming clearer.



According to the police today (20th), Jeon visited the area around the house where the victim lived in the past, once on the 4th and 5th of this month, and twice on the 14th, the day of the crime.



A police official said, "Chun found the address of the victim's old house from the internal network of the Seoul Transportation Corporation."



Jeon was an employee of the Seoul Transportation Corporation, just like the victim.



On the day of her crime, Jeon wore a 'double-sided jumper' with her outer material yellow and dark gray inner lining.



It is suspected that after the crime, she was dressed up to avoid being pursued by the police.



She also wore a disposable shower cap and gloves to avoid leaving traces of her hair and fingerprints.



The police plan to detain Jeon as early as tomorrow on charges of retaliatory murder under the Act on Aggravated Punishment for Specific Crimes.



Prior to this, the behavior analysis team of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency interviewed Jeon during today to determine whether a so-called psychopath test (PCL-R test) is necessary.
