In Incheon, a woman in her twenties was illegally entrusted with dogs and left in a pile of filth, so an animal group decided to ask the police for an investigation.

Animal rights group Care announced today (20th) that it plans to file a complaint with the police against a woman in her 20s for violating the Animal Protection Act.

Earlier, in the middle of this year, this group received a report that Mr. A raised 4-5 dogs in a villa in Michuhol-gu, Incheon, and left them in an unsanitary environment.

Video secured by Care showed dogs with bare ribs roaming the house in a mess, with one dog eating the carcass of another.

The house was full of dog excrement and littered with food bags and cleaning tools.

It is known that the place is not a licensed animal care business.

Care claims that "A, a dog groomer, illegally entrusted the dogs and left them at home."

Care released the video on social networking service (SNS) and left a message requesting information about Mr. A, and it is said that the villa landlord was contacted.

A care official said, "Mr. A disappeared leaving the house unattended, and the owner of the house suffered damage.
