He explained that the seriousness of the crime, such as brutally killing the victim in a public place planned in advance, was recognized and the evidence was sufficient, and that the public interest, such as the effect of preventing crime, was considered.

All seven internal and external members of the Deliberation Committee unanimously agreed in favor of the disclosure.

In the future, the police are also considering ways to reveal his face without covering his face when he is exposed to the media, and without putting on a mask when sending him to the prosecution.

In addition to this case, Jeon Joo-hwan had a history of being punished for assaulting a driver and distributing pornography.

As a result of SBS coverage, Jeon revealed his motive for the crime just before receiving a warrant review on the 16th.

It is known that during the police investigation, Jeon made a statement to the effect that "there was no agreement (for the trial)" and "my life is over anyway."

Based on this statement and the evidence that the crime had been planned for a long time, the police applied the charge of retaliatory murder to Jeon Joo-hwan under the Special Act.

The police plan to complete the investigation within this week after forensic analysis of Mr. Jeon's external hard drive and tablet, which are confiscated.
