Sindang Station stalking and murderer plans to commit a crime at least 11 days in advance

According to the police investigation, on the 3rd of this month, at the station office of Gusan Station on Seoul Subway Line 6, Jeon used the station clerk's computer to check the victim's work location information.
Jeon was found to have accessed the internal network of the Seoul Transportation Corporation after lying to the station staff at the time, saying, "I am an employee of Bulgwang Station on vacation, and I will use the internal network."
It is known that on the day of the crime, Jeon checked the victim's work information twice at Jeungsan Station and Gusan Station, which revealed that he had planned the crime 11 days before that.
In addition, it was confirmed that an app for the purpose of manipulating GPS (location information system) information was installed on Jeon's cell phone.

Afterwards, he moved to Gusan Station on Line 6, near the victim's former residence, and wandered around Gusan Station from 3:30 pm to 5:40 pm.
Jeon, who could not meet the victim, accessed the internal network at the station office at Gusan Station around 6 pm and again digged up the victim's work information.
Afterwards, he returned to the victim's former residence and took the subway to the station around 7 pm.
In addition, it was confirmed that Jeon visited a psychiatric hospital around 3 pm on the same day and received treatment.
During police investigations, Jeon is known to be suffering from depression and claiming it was an accidental crime.
However, the police took into account various circumstances, such as the fact that Jeon stated that he had a grudge during the trial of the case in which he was charged with the crime, that he rode the subway with a disposable ticket on the day of the crime, and that he wore a disposable sanitary cap when he committed the crime.
