The Seoul Sports Facility Management Office announced today (16th) that traffic congestion around Jamsil Sports Complex is expected to be severe this weekend.



According to the agency, singer IU's concert will be held at Jamsil Olympic Main Stadium from the 17th to the 18th, and it is expected that about 90,000 spectators will gather.



In addition, during the same period, the '2022 Seoul Citizens' Sports Festival' will be held in the Jamsil Sports Complex for the first time in three years, with more than 8,000 people expected to participate.



From 5 pm on the 17th and 2 pm on the 18th, the Hanwha Eagles and LG Twins professional baseball will be played at Jamsil Baseball Stadium in Gyeonggi-do.



Accordingly, it is estimated that about 120,000 people will visit Jamsil Sports Complex for two days.



The Seoul Sports Facility Management Office urged visitors to use public transportation as the area around Jamsil Sports Complex is expected to be very congested.
