The sentencing trial of former and current prosecutors who were handed over to trial on charges of receiving high-priced drinks from former Star Mobility Chairman Kim Bong-hyeon, a key figure in the Lime Asset Management incident, has been postponed due to Kim's absence.

At the sentencing hearing held at 2 pm on the 16th, Seoul Southern District Court Judge Park Young-soo postponed the sentencing of lawyer Lee Mo, Prosecutor Na Mo, and former Chairman Kim, who are charged with violating the Solicitation and Graft Act, to 2 pm on the 30th. I did.

This is because, this morning, former Chairman Kim's lawyer announced that he would attend the next trial if the sentencing date was delayed by two weeks.

The court requested the prosecution to understand the reason for Kim's absence, and did not accept the segregation sentence requested by the remaining defendants, saying that it was not an exceptional case enough to issue a separate sentence.

Attorney Lee Mo and Prosecutor Na Mo were each sentenced to six months in prison at a trial last month on charges of receiving alcoholic beverages from former Chairman Kim.
