police had already applied for an arrest warrant for Jeon last year, but the court rejected it.

In early October of last year, Mr. A sued Jeon, who was a colleague of the company, for illegal filming and intimidation.

The police immediately arrested Jeon the next day and applied for an arrest warrant, but the court rejected the request.

The reason was that there was no fear of destroying evidence and escaping.

The police registered Mr. A in the 112 system and took safety measures, such as strengthening patrols around him for a month, but did not take additional measures, including smart watches, according to the victim's wishes.

As the police investigation began, Jeon was released from his position at the Seoul Transportation Corporation on October 13, last year.

Jeon, who has been on trial without detention, has since sent several text messages to Mr. A, asking for an agreement.

Mr. A, who suffered from continuous stalking, appointed a new private attorney and sued Jeon in January.

The police did not apply for an arrest warrant for the charge of stalking, which is the content of the second complaint.

After all, it was acknowledged in the investigation process, and the prosecution indicted Jeon in February and July.

Prosecutors recently requested nine years in prison for Jeon on five counts, and the sentencing trial was scheduled to take place today at the Seoul Western District Court.

Jeon, who even sent a statement of remorse to the court, prepared for a crime instead of remorse, and the victim, who was defenseless due to no safety measures, could not prevent this.
