YouTuber Kim Yong-ho, who has been accused of forcibly molesting a woman at a Busan meat restaurant, has been handed over to a formal trial.

The Busan District Prosecutors' Office's Eastern District Criminal Division 2 (Prosecutor Park Ki-hwan) announced today (7th) that they had indicted Mr. Kim without detention on charges of sexual harassment.

Kim is accused of touching and kissing the body of a woman at a meat restaurant in Haeundae-gu, Busan around July 2019, despite the woman's refusal to do so.

Victim A previously filed a complaint with the police at the end of September last year along with video evidence filmed at the time.

Some of the videos of Kim forcibly harassing have also spread online.

YouTuber Kim, a former entertainment reporter, was sentenced to eight months in prison last month on charges of defaming the honor of former Justice Minister Cho Kuk.

At that time, the court did not arrest Kim in court considering that Kim was being tried in another criminal case.
