Although the search operation is being completed, the residents who lost their neighbors overnight could not hide their tragic feelings.

The fire department's drainage work has come to an end.

For two days, we mobilized all equipment to drain about 85% of the water, but there is still enough water to submerge the bottom of the tire.

The fire department plans to resume the final search operation after completing the drainage work within the morning of today (8th) at the earliest.

The joint search for related organizations, where large-scale personnel are deployed, was officially ended yesterday.

About 200 professional personnel, including fire departments, military and police, participated in eight precise searches over two days, but it was determined that the possibility of additional missing persons was low.

Meanwhile, despite the news of the rescue of a neighbor who was dramatically revived, the residents could not hide their tragic feelings in the face of the tragic death of the rest of the neighbors.

[Sun Hong-gyu / Indeok-dong, Pohang-si, Gyeongbuk: Until yesterday, the person who we talked with at the old age home suffered such a catastrophe today and came up to the obituary, so my heart is complicated and heavy.

He is also a person whom he usually did hard work for in the village.

I'm so sorry.]

As the electric room in the underground parking lot was completely submerged in water due to the flood damage, water and electricity were cut off for all 367 households in 5 apartment buildings using the parking lot.

While this caused many difficulties in the lives of the residents, a warm helping hand, such as food and drinking water, continued in each place.
