This is Ahn Jung-kwon, a conservative YouTuber who led a rally in front of the former president's house and broadcast it live on the Internet.
Former President Moon sued Ahn on charges of insulting him in May.
Ahn was also accused of slandering Democratic Party leader Lee Jae-myung and obstructing the election campaign during the last presidential election.
Despite this behavior, Mr. Ahn was specially invited to the inauguration ceremony of President Yoon Seok-yeol, and the fact that his older sister, who appeared on Mr. Ahn's broadcast, was appointed as an administrative agent in the presidential office, became controversial.
Prosecutors requested an arrest warrant for Ahn on the 1st, accusing him of violating the Public Official Election Act and insulting him.

The prosecution plans to hand over Ahn to trial before the statute of limitations on the election law on the 9th.
