Former President of People's Power Lee Jun-seok is expected to appear at the police soon in connection with the investigation surrounding the sexual entertainment allegations.

According to the police, CEO Lee was scheduled to appear at the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency on the 16th.

While former CEO Lee received a summons and investigation request by the police once, he said, "Unlike CEO Lee Jae-myung, he has no intention of refusing to attend."

Allegations of former CEO Lee receiving sexual favors from IKAIST CEO Kim Seong-jin in 2013 have been raised since December last year.

Since then, several civic groups have accused Lee, and the police investigation has begun.

Nam Gu-jun, head of the National Investigation Division at the National Police Agency, said at a press conference on the 5th, "I think the investigation into the sexual entertainment allegations of former representative Lee will be completed within this month."

Separately, the police are expected to continue the investigation into the case of accusation against former CEO Kim Seong-jin on charges of innocence in connection with the accusation against the YouTube channel 'Garosero Research Institute', the YouTube channel that Lee first raised allegations of sexual entertainment.
