Pohang, where the 11th typhoon 'Hinnamno' penetrated just before it escaped to the east coast, is causing damage one after another.

According to the fire department on the 6th, a pool villa located in Hangsa-ri, Ocheon-eup, Nam-gu, Pohang-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do, collapsed due to the ground collapsed by heavy rain.



From yesterday afternoon to this morning in the Pohang area, it rained 450.5 mm, up to 104.5 mm per hour.



In this accident, six guests staying at the pension were evacuated, and fortunately, no one was injured.



However, fire officials believe there is a high risk of building collapse and are monitoring the situation.

Meanwhile, on the road in Ocheon-eup, a woman in her 70s was found dead about an hour after she was swept away by a torrent while escaping a flood.



The woman is said to have suffered a bowel movement while walking with her husband to an evacuation site.



Also, at another accommodation facility in Ocheon-eup, guests were isolated and evacuated to the roof due to the swelled water, and then were rescued.



Pohang City urged citizens to refrain from going out for safety.
