Yes, I am at Yeongpyeong Bridge in Pocheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, where a flood advisory has been issued.

Behind me is Yeongpyeong Bridge.

During the night, the water was quite cold, but the water level is lowering again and it is gradually subsided with raindrops.

Under the influence of Typhoon Hinnamno, the water level here at Yeongpyeong Bridge rose overnight and is now falling again.

The Han River Flood Control Center issued a flood advisory from 5 pm yesterday (5th) when the flood advisory level exceeded 3.5 meters.

As of 6:50 this morning, the water level has dropped to 3.3 meters.

The heavy rain advisory issued throughout the Gyeonggi region has now been lifted.

However, the typhoon warning issued since 11 pm last night for Pyeongtaek and Yongin and other southern regions of Gyeonggi Province has been maintained.

A strong wind advisory has been in effect for most of Gyeonggi-do, including Hwaseong and Gimpo, and across Incheon.

In Gyeonggi Province, more than 30 reports of damage to facilities were received, including collapsed power poles.

Last night, on a road in Suwon, a street tree fell over a car parked on the shoulder.

In Incheon, 47 cases of damage were received, including three rescued when a tree that fell in a strong wind hit a school vehicle.

As heavy rain is expected to be concentrated until this morning, Gyeonggi Province is responding by issuing emergency level 3 of the Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters.

It is the first time in two years since the typhoon Maisak in September 2020 that Gyeonggi-do has issued a Level 3 emergency.

At the elementary, middle and high schools in Gyeonggi-do and Incheon, at the discretion of the principal, it is planned to adjust the arrival and departure times, close closures, and refrain from outdoor classes.
