Lee Young-ha (25, Doosan Bears) and Kim Dae-hyun (25, LG Twins, serving in the military), who are caught up in the 'school violence controversy', are arguing in court.

Lee Young-ha and Kim Dae-hyun were indicted without detention on charges of special assault and are awaiting trial.

Doosan and LG teams reported this to the KBO Clean Baseball Center.

Lee Young-ha will be tried at the Seoul Western District Court, and Kim Dae-hyun, who is serving in the military, will be tried at the Military Court.

The controversy over school violence between two classmates at Sunlin Internet High School broke out in February last year.

A, a junior in the baseball team at Sunrin Internet High School of Lee Young-ha and Kim Dae-hyun, said through an Internet community and broadcaster current affairs accusation program, "I suffered from school violence by the two seniors."

Lee Young-ha and Kim Dae-hyun strongly denied this.

Lee Young-ha, through her agency, said, "She once tried to hold the discipline of the team in a group gathering. I apologize for this part."

Kim Dae-hyun's lawyer also countered, "All of Mr. A's allegations of damage are not true."

The Doosan and LG clubs met Mr. A and officials of the baseball club at the time several times and reserved their judgment, saying, "It is difficult to confirm the facts because the positions of both sides are different."

The controversy over school violence between the two seemed to be settled, but Mr. A and others reported it to the Sports Ethics Center,

Lee Young-ha, who was charged without detention after being sent to the prosecution, was removed from the first team entry on the 21st, and is currently not participating in the Futures (2nd team) league.

He will not be on the mound until the trial is over.

Lee Young-ha has hired a lawyer and is preparing for the trial.
