Former People's Strength Representative Lee Jun-seok has applied for an additional injunction to the court to suspend the activities of the People's Strength Emergency Response Committee.

Lee's litigation representative team issued a statement today (29th) and said, "We will correct unconstitutional decisions of political parties that go against the decisions of the judiciary through judicial action based on laws and principles."

Regarding the decision of the People's Power to force a non-submission through a general meeting of the National Assembly on the 27th, the day after the court's decision on the provisional disposition, they said, "The 'invalid acting agent' and 'invalid non-submission member' appointed by the invalid non-captainer are legitimate to run the party. I have no authority,” he claimed.

On the 26th, the Civil Division 51 of the Seoul Southern District Court suspended the duties of Ho-Young Joo, chairman of the non-commissioned committee, saying that the people were not in an 'emergency' to the extent that they installed a non-captain.
