The People's Power immediately dissatisfied with the court's decision to suspend the execution of the duties of the emergency response committee chairman Ho-Young Joo and filed an objection.

On the afternoon of the 26th, the People's Power side submitted an objection to the injunction to the Civil Division 51 of the Seoul Southern District Court (Chief Judge Hwang Jeong-soo).

Lawyer Hwang Jung-geun, a litigation representative for the People's Power, explained the reason for the application, saying, "The court's judgment that it is not an emergency is illegal."

The court decided this morning to cite a part of the application for injunction filed by former CEO Jun-seok Lee to suspend the execution of his duties by Ho-young Joo.

The court made this decision, saying that there was a substantial defect because an emergency did not occur to the extent of violating the power of the people.
