High Prosecutor Kim Hu-gon submitted his resignation letter to the Ministry of Justice today (26th).



High Prosecutor Kim Hu-gon was selected as the final candidate for the first Prosecutor General of the Yun Seok-yeol government, and served as the first chief of the special division of the Seoul Central Prosecutors' Office, spokesman for the Supreme Prosecutors' Office, the head of the keynote office of the Ministry of Justice, and the head of the Daegu District Prosecutors' Office.



As High Prosecutor Kim Hu-gon submitted his resignation letter, Yeo Hwan-seop, Director of the Legal Research and Training Institute, and Daejeon High Prosecutor, Lee Du-bong, who were in the final candidates for the Prosecutor General with Lee Won-seok, all left the prosecution.
